Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans and Pricing

AmmoIQ offers the following Premium subscription plans:

• Monthly: $4.99 per month
• Annual: $39.99 per year (save 33%)

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current subscription rate. You will receive an email reminder before your subscription renews, as required by applicable state law. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each renewal period.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time in one simple step: Navigate to Settings, then Subscription, then click Cancel Subscription. That's it -- one click, no phone calls, no surveys, no retention offers, and no navigating through unrelated pages. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.

This cancellation process complies with the FTC's 2025 click-to-cancel rule, California SB-313, New York GBL Section 527-a, and Colorado's auto-renewal requirements.

4. What Happens After Cancellation

After cancellation:

• You retain full access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• When your billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.
• Your data -- including gun profiles, DOPE cards, ammo loadouts, and shooting logs -- is preserved.
• Premium-only features become read-only.
• You can re-subscribe at any time to regain full Premium access.

5. Refund Policy

We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period ends.

Exception: If you are charged after a cancellation that should have taken effect, contact us for a full refund of the erroneous charge.

6. What Happens to Your Data

If you cancel but keep your account: All your data is preserved and accessible within the limitations of the free tier.

If you choose to delete your account entirely: Your personal identifiers are cleared immediately, user-generated content is anonymized, and the process is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

7. State-Specific Disclosures

California:These auto-renewal terms comply with Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code Section 17600 et seq., including clear disclosure of renewal terms before purchase and an easy cancellation mechanism.

New York: These terms comply with GBL Section 527-a, including clear and conspicuous disclosure of auto-renewal terms.

Colorado:These terms comply with Colorado's auto-renewal requirements.

If your state provides additional consumer protections regarding automatic renewals, those protections apply to your subscription.
