IMPORTANT: Ballistics calculations provided by AmmoIQ are for educational and informational purposes only. They must not be relied upon as professional, legal, or safety advice.
Ballistic performance in real-world conditions is affected by numerous variables, including but not limited to wind speed and direction, temperature, altitude, humidity, barrel condition and length, ammunition lot-to-lot variation, scope mounting and zeroing, and individual shooter skill. Mathematical models, no matter how sophisticated, cannot fully account for all real-world variables that affect bullet trajectory and terminal performance.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in your account Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If we terminate your account for cause (violation of these Terms), no refund of prepaid subscription fees will be issued.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to content ownership, disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, indemnification, and the arbitration provision.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and AmmoIQ agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect.
YOU AND AMMOIQ LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Notwithstanding the above: (a) either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdiction; (b) this arbitration provision does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies; (c) nothing in this section shall prevent any party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, including claims under California law relating to public injunctive relief (McGill v. Citibank, N.A., 2 Cal. 5th 945 (2017)).
This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. Sections 1-16) and shall survive termination of these Terms.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of creating your account. The notice must include your name, email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
